Jenalyn Manipol Latañafrancia is a highly accomplished business leader and founder with over 12 years of international experience across recruitment, education consulting, workforce management, and client services in New Zealand and the Philippines. She is the Founder and Director of JTR Global OpenWings Limited formerly JTLP Management and Recruitment Limited a New Zealand based and JTLP Management International Philippines based consulting leading cross-border initiatives that connect global talent, education pathways, and ethical employment opportunities.
A Cum Laude graduate in Management and currently completing a Master of Business Management (Human Resource Management) at the University of Auckland, Jenalyn brings strong strategic, operational, and people leadership expertise. She is recognised for her ability to build compliant, high-performing multicultural teams, drive organisational growth, and deliver trusted partnerships across highly regulated sectors.
